I had a great last-minute stay with pre-paid rooms, which were surprisingly big and very clean. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly, though a bit too personal at times. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring Mesa Verde, with dining options nearby. The dining experience was good overall, but the coffee service could have been better.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were super cool with an old wild west fort vibe and were exceptionally clean. However, I did notice the carpet hadn't been vacuumed well. The room was spacious and had everything I needed including two bunk beds, two queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The service was a bit hit or miss; while some staff barely acknowledged me when reporting an issue, others were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, really going above and beyond to help. The hotel could use some updating, but overall, the service was top-notch. The location was just perfect, especially for visiting Mesa Verde National Park, offering a peaceful and calming atmosphere. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to explore as much as I wanted. The dining experience was great, with a good variety of options to grab on the go, and the facilities were satisfactory.
